[World War Rewritten] Counter-declaration of War on PZF

It would appear that Pizza Federation wanted an entry to this war and thought going through us was their best match. Let's prove to them that they should've stayed a neutral party.

Warlords of Kosmos hereby COUNTER-DECLARE war on PZF, setting the following terms:

No allies allowed. No allies on alts allowed. If it's discovered that PZF is getting assistance from allies during our conflict then they would forfeit their entire nation to WOK. If this term is broken, a 1 month ceasefire will be created between WOK and PZF.

All divisions permitted. There will be no time regulations for this war.

No colonizing during the war. If PZF is to become the colony of another army or vise versa, assistance from said army would still result in PZF forfeiting their nation and the war, with a 1 month ceasefire being created if this term is broken.
